of programming i am having a very hard time doing it .

Configure these newsgroups through Outlook Express & then attach the
assignment to the post:

1) Open OE
2) Click the TOOLS menu & choose ACCOUNTS
3) Add Account ---> News
4) Type in your name & click NEXT
5) Type in a bogus e-mail, so you don't get SPAMMED & click NEXT
6) Type in 'msnews.microsoft.com' & click NEXT
7) I think then you click FINISH
8) Click OK & then it will ask you if you want to download a list of
available newsgroups - click either OK or YES (not sure which)
9) Type in 'microsoft.public.dotnet.languages.vb' & double-click it in the
list below to subscribe
10) Close that dialog, find your message & then attach your project to the
existing post by choosing REPLY TO GROUP option.

That way, people can get your project without the chance of giving away
their e-mail address for SPAMMERS to see

assignment is no longer a problem for the OP.
